Columbia Immigration: New Voters, Old Fears

A law professor at the University of Missouri, Kansas City, Kris Kobach has been a major player in the local immigration law movement. In Hazleton, Pa., he helped rewrite the Illegal Immigration Relief Act and defend it in court, and in Farmer's Branch, Tex., he helped draft Ordinance 2905, which barred illegal immigrants from renting apartments in the city. He spoke with News 21's Amy Crawford about the efforts of small towns, cities and suburbs to combat illegal immigration.
